What is a compatible toner cartridge?
PSI produces compatible toner cartridges by disassembling empty OEM cartridges, and completely cleaning and inspecting them. Selected new components are then installed including some or all of the following: OPC drums, wiper blades, doctor blades, PCR rollers, magnetic rollers, chips, seals and clips. High-quality toner, tested to best match the long life drum characteristics, is then installed. The final product, a true compatible toner cartridge, is manufactured to meet and exceed OEM performance.

It is probable that your experience is based on low-quality remanufactured cartridges. Some makers of remanufactured cartridges incorporate many used and/or inferior components. PSI cartridges are manufactured using select new components of the highest quality. Also, our continuous product improvement efforts ensure that PSI compatibles meet or exceed OEM performance.

Yes. At PSI we stand behind our products. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed under our excellent, comprehensive warranty which ensures our cartridges will function as indicated – guaranteed not to damage your printer, or PSI will repair it or pay you for the full amount of the repair.

What happens if I experience a problem with a PSI cartridge?
Simply call PSI and request a return authorization number. We will send you a call tag to return the cartridge at our expense. Once received, we will review for problems, and issue credit for any defective product.

Does using a compatible cartridge void the printer manufacturer’s warranty?
Absolutely not. It is illegal for printer OEMs to void your warranty or service contract for using compatibles. In addition, PSI offers a comprehensive warranty that ensures our cartridges will not damage your printer.
