Quality Assurance – Our commitment to you.

PSI compatibles are manufactured to ensure consistent quality and superior performance. PSI:

• Performs incoming inspections on all major components.
• Conducts toner tests on all inbound shipments of toner
• Randomly selects cartridges to run to end of life (EOL) - to check for ghosting, back grounding and other print characteristics.

All cartridges are print tested and are visually inspected prior to shipping. Any cartridge that does not meet production standards is removed, analyzed and entered into a database to identify and track defects. We also benchmark performance against OEM products on a regular basis.

Any cartridge returned as defective is analyzed, and the results are compiled by QA. Trend analysis is performed to enable corrective action when necessary, and provide a method for continuous product improvement.
